Surgical Intelligence Around Every Operation

The S-Suite is a modular platform of AI-powered clinical applications that helps surgeons prepare cases, document procedures, analyze clinical data and collaborate securely — before, during and after surgery.

Introduction

See the S-Suite in 90 seconds

A short introduction to the SARA Healthcare platform — the vision, the economics and the surgical intelligence behind the S-Suite.

The S-Suite

Seven applications. One connected platform.

The S-Suite brings together seven modular clinical applications developed by Vision Surgery AI. Each application supports a specific part of the surgical workflow while working from a shared, authorized and versioned surgical case record.

The Surgical Journey

One platform across the surgical journey

BEFORE SURGERY

Prepare

  • Patient and procedure context
  • Laboratory data and risk factors
  • Medical history, medications and allergies
  • Imaging and surgical planning
  • Tele-expertise and multidisciplinary review
Associated applications: S-Insight + S-Connect
DURING SURGERY

Coordinate

  • Rapid access to relevant clinical context
  • Real-time expert connection
  • Audio, video and surgical event capture
  • Validated and non-intrusive contextual support
Associated applications: S-Connect + S-Assist
AFTER SURGERY

Document and Learn

  • Structured operative reports
  • ICD and OPS coding support
  • Complication and outcome follow-up
  • Quality analytics and benchmarking
Associated applications: S-Report + S-Insight
Shared Surgical Case Record

The Shared Surgical Case Record connects all seven S-Suite applications — S-Report, S-Insight, S-Assist, S-Connect, S-Recovery, S-Academy and S-Billing — through one authorized and versioned clinical case context.

Each application can access or enrich the same authorized surgical case without unnecessarily duplicating clinical information. Access depends on user roles, consent, institutional policies and the selected deployment model.

Patient and procedure context

Clinical documents and laboratory data

Imaging and authorized media

Surgical team and participants

Access rights and consent

Source traceability

Version history

Audit events

Clinical data is recorded once and reused only according to authorized access rights.

The Challenge

Surgeons spend too much time on documentation.

Surgical workflows are fragmented. Operative reports are written manually, clinical data remains unstructured, and valuable surgical knowledge is lost between systems. Surgeons deserve better tools.

Time burden

Designed to significantly reduce operative report preparation time. Exact time savings will be measured during clinical pilots.

Unstructured data

Most operative notes lack standardized coding

No insights

Clinical outcomes remain difficult to track at scale

Isolated workflows

Mentoring and collaboration lack digital infrastructure

S-Report - AI surgical documentation
Flagship Product

From speech to structured surgical report.

S-Report transforms surgical dictation and audio into structured, coded operative reports. Surgeons review and validate every output — the AI assists, never replaces.

1

Dictate or upload surgical audio

2

AI structures the content using clinical templates

3

Surgeon reviews and approves the report

Platform Vision

From operative report to surgical intelligence.

The Surgical Intelligence Suite is more than a documentation tool. It is the foundation of a Surgical Intelligence Platform — one that structures clinical data at the point of origin, enabling analytics, research and collaboration at scale.

Every report generated through S-Report feeds into S-Insight. Every clinical pattern informs S-Assist. And every collaboration powered by S-Connect extends surgical expertise beyond the walls of a single operating room.

The Surgical Intelligence Loop

01

Capture

Speech & audio become structured data

02

Structure

Clinical templates ensure coding accuracy

03

Analyze

Quality indicators emerge from aggregated data

04

Assist

Context-aware support for clinical decisions

05

Collaborate

Expertise flows across locations and teams

Product Roadmap

Building the S-Suite step by step

Phase 1

Prove the Workflow

  • S-Report clinical pilot
  • Shared Surgical Case Record
  • Single platform identity
  • Initial S-Connect integration
Phase 2

Expand the Platform

  • Preoperative S-Insight
  • FHIR and DICOM integration
  • Reporting benchmarks and quality analytics
  • Initial Level 1 S-Assist capabilities
Phase 3

Current Priorities

Launch the S-Report clinical pilot
Validate the Shared Surgical Case Record workflow
Integrate initial S-Connect access
Define the S-Insight preoperative data model
Establish the S-Assist clinical and regulatory pathway
Prepare FHIR and DICOM integration requirements
Define clinical, security and performance indicators
Recruit pilot surgeons and hospital partners
Compliance & Trust

Built for clinical-grade trust

Security, privacy and regulatory compliance are not features — they are foundational requirements.

GDPR-Aware Architecture

Designed to support GDPR-compliant deployments. Privacy and data protection requirements are integrated into the platform architecture. Final compliance depends on the selected deployment, hosting environment and contractual framework.

Regulatory Awareness

Designed with regulatory classification in mind from the earliest development stages. Regulatory status depends on each module's intended use.

Human-in-the-Loop

Every AI-generated output is reviewed and validated by the responsible surgeon.

Data Sovereignty

SARA is designed to support institutional control over clinical data. Data ownership, access rights, hosting, retention and processing responsibilities are defined according to the selected deployment model, applicable law and contractual agreements.

Every AI-generated output is reviewed and validated by the responsible surgeon.
